    Superb

Very helpful staff. Great lighting, modern air-con,door entry systems Restaurant was cheap rather than the usual over priced food found in similar hotels. Excellent high speed internet. All furnishings and room looked new and in good condition. Will stay again when i return to Manila.

    Good

Nice rooms, clean hotel, with a peaceful view on the old Manila Church.

The hotel is way outside any business area; therefore definitely not to recommend if you are in Manila for business meetings ! In addition, it seems that this area is not safe, and everybody warned me not to go outside by night !!

    Fabulous

I like how they call taxi for me.

The use of room ey for elevators., The sensors inside of it sucks! The location is alright I guess but at the same time for a nice hotel like that should'nt be in the middle of the ghetto.

    Exclusive

The location, price and attentive service. Originally I booked @ Marriot to be near the airport but changed my mind so I can be closer to the markets. I'm glad I did as it was a very convenient choice. I was wary at first as I read somewhere that this area is not particularly great, especially the Divasoria market nearby known for pickpocketings. A good and safe alternative is the airconditioned 168 or 999 malls next door if you're after some bargain clothing. Yes, the area is not classy but it's the old town hence this is where the heart of the centre is, real living. I enjoyed the area as it has everything I need at close distance. The room was tastefully decorated, clean and comfortable. It has a nice big rainshower head in the bathroom with great water pressure. Service of the concierge/porter was superb. They would write down the taxi details before you leave as a precaution. This area is the old town, chinatown and close to the some markets and malls if you're looking for some bargains. Tri-cycle (tuk-tuk) cost around 50-60 pesos to get there. There's also a big cinema nearby and a small spa next door. I would definitely come back again!

Hot water temperature could be hotter.

    Superb

Hotel staff is very friendly and hospitable and do their best all the time to provide any required support. They are extremely professional, hospitable with a great smile on their face.

I would suggest to have a WIFI at the room rather than Internet cable

    Superb

Hotel was very clean, very friendly staff.

The hotel is placed in Binondo which is a place filled with history, but unfortunately not one of the best areas in Manila.

    Fabulous

Even before reaching the doorstep, I was greeted warmly by the concierges. Upon getting to the front desk, the staff were very courteous and friendly. The showers worked great and the pressure was strong enough. It has been a while since I have stayed at a hotel with such commendable showers. I had a very comfortable sleep and breakfast (the Filipino set) did shine. Despite its soft opening, it does meet international standards with its modern clean Asian look and is truly a new gem in Binondo.

Because the hotel is still in its soft opening stages, some facilities were not yet available. I am looking forward to revisiting this hotel in the future.

    Fabulous

Close to where I needed to be.

2,000 php per day security deposit is excessive.

    Good

The room itself (the suite on 5th floor), was large (48 sqm) with a good A/C, that worked efficiently also on "low speed". Friendly and serviceminded staff.

The price for the suite at checkin was lower than at booking, but we had to pay the higher price. The room had to much noise from the street below (5th Floor). Checkin took long time. At checkin you had to give a deposit of 2000 Pesos for every night of stay (not mentioned anywhere before = a surprise at checkin). The room did not have the facilities as advertised (e.g to pressure trousers or iron), but the serviceminded staff would probably have made it for you if asked. The advertised Luna Restaurant on the top floor was not in operation. The breakfast was very scarce for a westener (the buffet was mostly made for chinese). Only one day there was real orange juice, the other days either none at all or water mixed with some powder. One morning no bacon, egg or fried potatoe (the only thing adjusted for the tastes of western people). The location just outside Chinatown (the oldest Chinatown in the world) with no views of the Manila Bay, only sky scrapers and the Binondo Catholic Church in sight. VERY heavy traffic and almost impossible to get transportation from the hotel (taxi). If you intend to use shuttle to or from Hotel, don¨t do it. Use Taxi with meter instead. At the Airport you are offered shuttle for approx 1200 Pesos. The hotell offers Shuttle from the Hotel to airport for 900 Pesos. the distance is approx 11 kms and the time (depending on traffic) used is approx 50-60 minutes with a taxi, that charges approx 250-325 Pesos. From the Airport the Cab starts on 70 Pesos but from all other places on 40 Pesos.

    Very good

We like the fact that we managed to secure a room even though our intended stay coincided with the Chinese new year. The food was good. It was also included in the room rate. The staff were friendly and courteous Another thing we like about Ramada was the location. It was a short walking distance from Lucky Chinatown Mall and from Dong Bei Dumplings. We got a very good view of the celebration especially since the parade passed through the hotel. Finally, they offer free shuttle service going to both Lucky Chinatown Mall and Mall of Asia which made it easy for us to go home. It also saved us some money since we no longer need to take a cab from Binondo to Las Pinas. We took the free shuttle to MOA and took the cab from there.

It would help to provide additional waiting area/seats especially during peak season/holidays such as the Chinese New Year. We had to stand up for 45 minutes while waiting for the shuttle to arrive. Also, the room that was provided to us directly faced the sun, the A/C was set to automatic mode and the lowest temperature was 19C. It took almost 5 hours to get an acceptable room temperature. Since the hotel was full, we were not accommodated to a different room. Lastly, we didn't get to use the safety deposit box which is very important for us. We called to have it checked and was promised someone will come to fix it. We waited but nobody came up until we decided to go out to take part of the festivities rather than spend our time waiting.

    Very well designed room.

nLocation poor. This hotel had an almost total lack of facilities, if it was not for the nice room it felt like a lockdown facility..Total lack of space worst Ramada I have visited anywhere.. I was totally seduced by price for this high season booking.
